This power smoothie will leave you fulfilled and can actually serve as a replacement meal; which can assist with weight control as well. Building muscle is important and adding protein to your diet will only help you gain more muscle definition.
How to make the Chocolate Strawberry Power Smoothie:
This is a simple smoothie recipe that consists of ten ingredients, and four of these ingredients will bring the protein!
Powdered protein is one of the ingredients for this smoothie. I would suggest using a brand that fits your needs the best. I went with a low-carb option because I want to minimize the number of carbs while maximizing my protein intake (after a hard day at the gym).
I love peanut butter so I don’t need a reason to add a hefty tablespoon to my cup. It’s a no brainer with the taste and benefits of protein, vitamins, and minerals it provides.
The combination of frozen strawberries and chocolate milk is another tasty benefit to add to the list. I choose FairLife Chocolate Milk with this recipe because of the amount of protein it provides. You can also use almond milk or any other non-dairy option.
The maca powder has some great benefits as well along with helping with the energy and lack of focus that plagues us every now and then.
Ground turmeric helps fight against cancer and heart disease so this is also a great reason to add this to our daily regime, if possible.

- 1 cup FairLife Chocolate Milk
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Organic Banana
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 5 oz. Strawberry Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Maca Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
