This version takes baked, not fried, wings and tosses them twice in homemade wing glaze made using honey, fresh lemon, and garlic. With this recipe, your wings will turn out crispy and juicy every single time! The fresh lemon zest and herbs placed this house favorite at the top of the list.

Tips & Tricks

  • Arrange wings, skin side up first to bake.
  • Deep frying is not the only way to make extra crispy chicken wings! Looking for an even crispier wing? Simply sprinkle a little baking powder on the wings before baking them. Baking powder makes skin extra crisp by absorbing extra moisture. You would need about 1 tablespoon for this recipe.
  • You can also use frozen chicken wings, but you will need to let them thaw first and increase your baking time. In this case, wait to season the wings halfway through cooking.
