These Honey Lemon Garlic Baked Chicken Wings are loaded with lemon and garlic flavor and a hint of sweetness.

For the chicken wings:
- 2 – 3 lb chicken wings
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
For the wing glaze:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup grapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp dried basil
Instructions
- If your wings are separated, cut your chicken wings at the joints to separate the drumette, flat, and tip.
- Place the wings in a large bowl and season with dried thyme, dried basil, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to spread the seasonings evenly, then place on a lightly greased, non-stick baking sheet (paid link).
- Bake the wings at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Flip them over and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Add the butter, lemon juice, honey, grapeseed oil, minced garlic, garlic powder , and tarragon to a small cooking pot. Cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Place the partially baked wings in a large bowl, pour half of the glaze over them, toss, and return them to the oven. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove the wings from the oven and place them back in a large bowl. Pour the remaining glaze over them, along with the basil and lemon zest. Toss evenly and serve.
