  1. Had to jump over from Foodgawker when I spotted your gorgeous picture! What a beautiful and delicious recipe. We love using portobello caps for buns over here. My son has Celiac and can’t have gluten so we do it all the time and he loves it. And I love the addition of the kick for the pepper jack!
