  1. Looking to make this recipe as it sounds incredible. Do you use salted or unsalted butter? I saw your comment about not adding any salt at all and was curious if that was due to salted butter?

    1. Hello, Alex! Yes, I typically use salted butter in my recipes. However, regarding the comment, it was specific to the additional brining process that was done, which is not in this recipe. There is a teaspoon of salt used in the chicken seasonings.

  2. Made this a while ago and it was delicious! Was there a honey mustard recipe for it as well? I thought was but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. If so could you send me the recipe please!?!

  3. I made this for dinner last night I must say was absolutely delicious. However I think I put too much salt in the brine water and along with the salt that I added to the seasonings to put on top of the chicken it was way too salty.
