Description

Frozen wine slushies made with three flavors: a layer with blueberries, one with pineapple and coconut cream, and one with strawberries.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Riesling white wine, divided
  • 3 cups of ice, divided
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 oz triple sec
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries


Instructions

  1. Add the frozen blueberries, 3/4 cup Riesling, and 1 cup of ice to the blender (paid link). Blend until smooth. Add blended blueberry slushy to a glass. Set aside or place in the fridge. Rinse the blender (paid link).
  2. Add the frozen pineapple, triple sec, coconut cream, and 1 cup of ice to the blender (paid link). Blend until smooth. Pour the blended pineapple slushy on top of the blueberry slushy. Set aside or place in the fridge. Rinse the blender (paid link).
  3. Add the frozen strawberries, 3/4 cup of Riesling wine, and 1 cup of ice to the blender (paid link). Blend until smooth. Pour blended strawberry slushy on top of the pineapple slushy and serve immediately.
