Make the ultimate Sweet and Sour Lemon Drop Martini! A crisp, refreshing cocktail crafted with Absolut Citron, triple sec, fresh lemon, and a classic sugar rim.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 oz. Absolut Citron Vodka
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec
  • .5 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • .25 oz. Lemon Juice
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes to frost over. Optional: Run a fresh lemon wedge around half the outer rim of the glass, then dip it into a shallow dish of superfine granulated sugar at a 45-degree angle to create a crisp, clean sugar rim. Set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker (paid link), add the Absolut Citron Vodka, triple sec, sweet and sour mix, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Fill the shaker three-quarters full with fresh, hard ice cubes. Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 12 to 15 seconds, until the metal tin frosts over and the drink is thoroughly chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail directly into your prepared, frosted martini glass to catch any loose ice fragments.
  5. Optional: Express the essential oils of a fresh lemon twist over the top of the glass, discard or drop the peel into the drink, and serve immediately
