- 2 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 32 oz. Kidney Beans
- 14.5 oz. Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup Chopped Yellow Onion
- 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 3 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
Instructions
- Chop onions into diced pieces and set to the side.
- Add butter and garlic to a pre-heated pot. Add chopped onions and cook until they become translucent.
- Add ground beef to the pot, break into smaller pieces, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add all remaining ingredients, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook covered for 25 minutes.
