Description

My Korean-Style Glazed Mushrooms pair fresh whole white mushrooms with a spicy Korean glaze making them the perfect side dish for any occasion.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 lb Whole White Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hiosin Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Flakes


Instructions

  1. Rinse your mushrooms then place in a large bowl. Add seasoning with salt and pepper and coat with olive oil. Place them on a baking sheet (paid link) and bake them at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. While they are baking add your remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk (paid link) until smooth.
  3. Remove your mushrooms from the oven and drain any excess liquid.
  4. In a large bowl, toss your mushrooms in the Korean sauce and place back into the oven for another 8 minutes. Allow to cool then serve.
