My Korean-Style Glazed Mushrooms pair fresh whole white mushrooms with a spicy Korean glaze making them the perfect side dish for any occasion.

- 2 lb Whole White Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Hiosin Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 tbsp Parsley Flakes
Instructions
- Rinse your mushrooms then place in a large bowl. Add seasoning with salt and pepper and coat with olive oil. Place them on a baking sheet (paid link) and bake them at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- While they are baking add your remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk (paid link) until smooth.
- Remove your mushrooms from the oven and drain any excess liquid.
- In a large bowl, toss your mushrooms in the Korean sauce and place back into the oven for another 8 minutes. Allow to cool then serve.
