A Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwich is the perfect choice. Creamy chicken salad loaded with fresh ingredients served in a buttery croissant!
Ingredients

- 1 lb. Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Basil Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
- 3 tbsp Dill Relish
- 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup Chopped Red Onion
- 1/3 cup Chopped Celery
- 4 Whole Croissants
Instructions
- Chop your shredded chicken into small pieces then add to a large bowl. Chop your red onions and celery into small pieces then add to the same bowl.
- Add in your seasonings, mayo, sour cream, dill relish, and mustard. Mix well.
- Cut your croissant in half. In between croissant, add sliced avocado, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce, the top off with chicken salad mixture.
Notes
You can lightly toast your croissant as well to give the sandwich a bit more texture.
