Description
These Flaming Hot Buffalo Chicken Wings pack a ton of heat and a lot of flavor! Baked chicken wings get a spicy bath in a homemade buffalo sauce.

- 3 lb. Whole Chicken Wings
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Himalayan Salt
For the Wing Sauce:
- 3/4 cup Sriracha Sauce
- 1/4 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Organic Ketchup
- 6 tbsp. Melted Butter
- 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Red Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut each chicken wing at the joints to separate the drums and flats and discarding the wing tips.
- In a small bowl, add smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, Himalayan salt, and garlic powder. Season your cut chicken with the seasonings, then toss in olive oil.
- Bake your chicken at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then flip them over and cook for additional 20 minutes.
- In a small cooking pot, add all sauce ingredients and cook on low to medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Add baked chicken wings in a large bowl and toss with wing sauce. Coat well.
Notes
Serve with celery, carrots, ranch, or blue cheese dressing.
