Description
Truffle Chicken Meatball Pasta made with a truffle cream sauce, juicy chicken meatballs, tender bowtie pasta, and black truffle “thrills”.

- 1 1/2 lb ground chicken
- 1 large organic egg
- 1/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1–1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 4 tbsp minced garlic, divided
- 2/3 cup fresh basil, finely chopped and divided
- 6.4 oz can black truffle and mushroom thrills, divided
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme
- 1–1/2 tsp sea salt, divided
- 1–1/2 tsp black pepper, divided
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 –1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 12 oz farfalle pasta
- 3 tbsp truffle oil, divided
- 2 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Add the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/3 cup fresh basil, 2 tbsp Black Truffle and Mushroom Thrills, ground cumin, ground thyme, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and onion powder into a large bowl. Mix well with your hands.
- Form into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a non-stick baking sheet (paid link). Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Add butter to a cooking pan at medium-low heat. Add 2 tbsp minced garlic and flour, stirring until it combines, then pour in the heavy whipping cream. Cook until it begins to bubble.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese, remaining Black Truffle and Mushroom Thrills, 1 tbsp truffle oil, rubbed sage, 1 tsp black pepper, garlic powder, and 1 tsp salt. Stir until combined and remove from heat.
- Cook the farfalle pasta as instructed, then drain and toss cooked pasta with 2 tbsp of truffle oil.
- Add all ingredients into the large pot with cream sauce and mix.
Notes
- Be mindful that the chicken meatballs can get a little sticky so wet hands or gloves can help with that.
