- 1/2 cup Vodka
- 1 lb. Penne Pasta
- 28 oz. Fired Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/3 cup Chicken Stock
- 3 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 2 tsp. All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
Seasonings:
- 2 tsp Basil Flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Add butter and minced garlic to the pan at medium heat. Once butter is melted, add flour and stir.
- Add chopped onion into the pan and cook until translucent. Add vodka and chicken stock. Stir until blended.
- Add all seasonings, whipping cream, grated parmesan cheese, and fire-roasted tomatoes to the pan.
- Cook Penne pasta as instructed, drain and add to the same pan.
- Fold in pasta then cover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
