Raspberry Pink 75 Cocktail

A riff off the French 75, this Raspberry Pink 75 pairs homemade raspberry simply syrup with elderflower rose gin, fresh lemon juice, and sparking rosé.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 oz. elderflower rose gin
  • 1 oz. raspberry simple syrup
  • .25 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • sparkling rosé
  • lemon peel
  • fresh raspberries
  • ice

For the raspberry simple syrup: 

  • 2 cup water
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  • Place 2 cups of water, 2 cups of sugar, and 1 cup of fresh raspberries into a saucepot and bring to a slight boil. Muddle raspberries in the pot and allow to simmer for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain simple syrup and pour it into a jar.
  • Add 2 ounces elderflower rose gin, 1 ounce raspberry simple syrup, .25 ounce lemon juice, and ice to cocktail shaker.
  • Close the lid and shake your cocktail for 30 seconds. Pour the cocktail into a champagne flute.
  • Top off with a sparking rose and garnish with lemon peel and fresh raspberries.
