Description
A New York Whiskey Sour is a classic cocktail made with one part bourbon and one part red wine. It tastes great and has a rich, smooth taste.

- 3 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- .5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Cabernet Sauvignon
Instructions
- Add whiskey, simple syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds.
- Pour cocktail into glass on ice and slowly pour wine using back of spoon over your cocktail.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
I tend to adjust the amount of red wine I add depending on the day. Feel free to add 1 to 1.5 oz. of red wine.
