Description

Buffalo Fried Deviled Eggs combine the best of two worlds — creamy deviled eggs & buffalo sauce! They’re the quintessential appetizer.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 7 Large Organic Eggs
  • 1 tbsp. Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp. Dill Relish
  • 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  1. Boil 6 eggs for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool before removing shell.
  2. Remove the shells and slice the boiled eggs evenly down the middle. Remove the yolk and place the yolk into a bowl. In the same bowl, add the buffalo sauce, mayo, relish, yellow mustard, and seasonings. Mix until smooth.
  3. Coat hard-boiled eggs with flour, then the egg mixture, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat skillet to medium-heat then add cooking oil. Fry hard-boiled eggs for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and allow to cool.
  5. Fill each half of the fried hard-boiled eggs with the buffalo mixture and top off with paprika, if desired.
