Description
Buffalo Fried Deviled Eggs combine the best of two worlds — creamy deviled eggs & buffalo sauce! They’re the quintessential appetizer.

- 7 Large Organic Eggs
- 1 tbsp. Buffalo Sauce
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp. Dill Relish
- 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Boil 6 eggs for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool before removing shell.
- Remove the shells and slice the boiled eggs evenly down the middle. Remove the yolk and place the yolk into a bowl. In the same bowl, add the buffalo sauce, mayo, relish, yellow mustard, and seasonings. Mix until smooth.
- Coat hard-boiled eggs with flour, then the egg mixture, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat skillet to medium-heat then add cooking oil. Fry hard-boiled eggs for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and allow to cool.
- Fill each half of the fried hard-boiled eggs with the buffalo mixture and top off with paprika, if desired.
