Biscoff & Cream Boozy Milkshake

Upgrade your cookies and cream with this Biscoff & Cream Boozy Milkshake! An adult blend of vanilla ice cream, creamy coconut milk, rum, and bourbon cream liqueur for the 21 and up crowd.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 12 Lotus Biscoff Cookies
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tbsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Milk
  • Whipped Cream Topping
  • 4 oz. Bourbon Cream Liqueur
  • 2 oz. White Rum

Instructions

  1. Begin by crumbling the cookies and set to the side.
  2. Add Vanilla Ice Cream, Biscoff Cookies (crumbled), Vanilla Extract, Ground Nutmeg, Coconut Milk, Bourbon Cream Liqueur and White Rum into a blender (paid link) and blend until smooth.
  3. Add blended ingredients into drinking glass and top of with whipping cream and a few crumbles of cookies.
