Description
This Honey BBQ Chicken Dip is loaded with flavor — getting its sweetness from BBQ sauce and its savoriness from chicken and cheddar cheese.

- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp unfiltered raw honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp minced garlic, separated
- 1 lb. rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, separated
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tsp cilantro flakes
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small cooking pot, add the BBQ sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cumin, and 1 tsp minced garlic on low heat. Stir occasionally until the sauce begins to slightly bubble, then remove from the heat.

In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped green onion, 1 tsp minced garlic, cilantro flakes, smoked paprika, chili powder, black pepper, sea salt, and the prepared BBQ sauce. Mix well with a large fork.
- Add the mixture to a casserole dish (paid link) and spread evenly. Top off with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 18 – 20 minutes.
