Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp unfiltered raw honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp minced garlic, separated
  • 1 lb. rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, separated
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp cilantro flakes
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a small cooking pot, add the BBQ sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cumin, and 1 tsp minced garlic on low heat. Stir occasionally until the sauce begins to slightly bubble, then remove from the heat.
  3. In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped green onion, 1 tsp minced garlic, cilantro flakes, smoked paprika, chili powder, black pepper, sea salt, and the prepared BBQ sauce. Mix well with a large fork.

  4. Add the mixture to a casserole dish (paid link) and spread evenly. Top off with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 – 20 minutes.
